1. Delivery Area

Abbracci Malta currently offers local delivery within Malta only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within Malta and order volume.

3. Delivery Charges

• Free delivery is offered on all orders over €50.
• Orders below €50 may incur a delivery charge, calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we begin processing it for delivery. You will receive confirmation of your order via email.

5. Delivery Attempts

Please ensure the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability to receive the order, additional delivery attempts may be required, and any related delays are not the responsibility of Abbracci Malta.

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes, weather, or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times. We will do our best to inform you of any significant delays.
